What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation, to maintain security and prevent fraud.
When will payment be taken?
If your card is authorised, we’ll send you an email confirming your order has been successful.
Please take great care to enter all your details accurately during checkout, as often incorrect or incomplete information can result in your bank or card issuer declining payment.
If you’re unsure why your payment is declined, please contact your card issuer or bank.
What currencies do you accept?
We only accept payment in pounds sterling.
Where do you deliver?

When will my order arrive?
The Catherine Gallery can accept orders for Mainland United Kingdom only. All orders are aimed to be dispatched within 3-5 working days. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Delivery costs vary depending on the products selected.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Last orders to be processed before Christmas will be accepted on 12th December 2022. The Royal Mail Postal Strike disruption is expected to delay the delivery of orders, please order early to avoid disappointment. My apologies for this inconvenience.

Royal Mail Posting Dates
Four Marks, Hampshire, UK
Customers who wish to collect their orders from Four Marks, Hampshire, and save the postage costs may do so. Select ‘Click Collect’ when completing the checkout process. Once your order is processed, we will be in contact to arrange a mutually convenient time for collection.
Returns are accepted. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return an item. We will confirm the return address for the parcel. The buyer is responsible for packing and return postage costs.

Exchanges / Cancellations
We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once a returned product, in original condition, is received by us, a full refund of the product purchase price will be actioned within 7 working days.
